If you are not satisfied with an order, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days. This time period will commence when you have received your item.
Returns are to be paid for by the customer, unless faulty (please see returns information & T&Cs below). You are responsible for this item until it arrives back to Topsy Curvy. We advise you to keep all postage receipts and tracking numbers so we can still action your return in the event of the parcel going missing. Please be advised that a full refund (including the initial delivery charge) will be made minus a £3.50 administration charge. This is to cover our costs of processing the order and return.

We recommend the following methods for return;
1. Take the parcel to your local post office and pay over the counter or pre book and save money & time by visiting Royal Mails website here. Please click here to download our address label in PDF format. This will need to be printed and attached to the parcel. Alternatively, if you don't have a printer please use the above address.
2. Book via Hermes and either take the parcel to your local Hermes drop off point or arrange a courier to collect. Please visit Hermes' website here.
Terms & Conditions;
We guarantee to refund any purchased item of clothing for any reason within 14 days of receipt. All garments must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days. All return delivery charges are non-refundable. However, if an item is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival, please call us on 0161 343 1458, contact our Facebook page or email email@example.com to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. This will require printing, so please ensure you have access to this facility.
The right to return your purchase to us will not apply in the following circumstances: in the event that the product has been worn and the original tags are not in place (please take care when trying on your item that you are not wearing perfume or makeup). We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
Please ensure to enclose your name and the reason for your return along with your purchase inside the parcel. The provisions of our Returns Policy do not affect your statutory rights.
