WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AT CHECKOUT?
Please provide your date of birth, name & address where indicated and Klarna will show you your available options. If Pay Later is not an option, you may not have been approved. 

HOW DOES PAY AFTER DELIVERY WORK? 
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with payment instructions within 2 days from Klarna. You will then have 14 days to complete the payment online at your convenience with no extra cost. You can then pay via credit or debit card following the instructions in the email. If you fail to make a payment in full to Klarna by the due date, a late payment fee of up to £8 will become payable. Klarna will send you a reminder by email informing you that the payment is late and will set out the amount payable by you. If you do not pay the late fee according to the plan laid out by Klarna, up to two further late fees of up to £8 each could be applied.  You can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team to see if it is possible to postpone the due date on your payment.

WILL A CREDIT CHECK BE PLACED AGAINST ME? 
Neither Klarna nor we run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run so called unrecorded enquiries that do not affect credit scoring.​​​​​​​

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM SENT MY STATEMENT BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM? 
You should of course not pay your statement until you've received your goods. In this case, we would ask that you contact the Topsy Curvy team, and get an update on your order. You should also contact Klarna’s Customer Service team, so that they can postpone the due date on your payment.​​​​​​​

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED? 
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card.​​​​​​​
